I worked professionally for over twenty years in mental health, am a trained artist, mother and grandmother.
I'd had a meditation practice for much of my adult life and taken an interest in various forms of spiritual and personal development. However, it was only after taking an MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) course at Oxford Mindfulness Centre that I was able to develop the daily practice that, for me, has been so life transforming.
My desire to share it led me to train to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with the Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice at Bangor University.
I've seen, many times, how the 8 week MBSR programme can transform lives and it is my delight to be able to share it with you.
