MBSR COURSES for 2020 HAVE NOW MOVED ONLINE DURING THE PANDEMIC
- The next course is starting with an Orientation session on Monday 1st June 7 to 8.30
- Followed by each Monday evening from 15th June until 3rd August form 7 to 9.30 pm
- There is also a Practice Day from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday July 25th
- Places are limited to no more than eight.
STAYING MINDFUL SESSIONS are being held each Wednesday evening from 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm on Zoom. These sessions are open to those who have been through an 8 week course with Mindful Stream or elsewhere, or who are interested in finding out more about Mindfulness Approaches.
