This is the Gold Standard Mindfulness course. It consists of eight two and a half hour sessions plus an all day retreat 

(26 hours teaching in total) and has been the subject of many thousands of research projects worldwide.

Free Mindfulness Taster Sessions at various venues


It's natural to want to know what it's all about before committing to a course, so why not book on a free, one-off taster session?

You will be introduced to what the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction programme is all about, have a go at some short meditation practices, do some mindful eating and have the chance to ask questions.

One to One

Not everyone can manage a weekly course if family or work commitments get in the way.

One-to-one sessions are now available in a more flexible format, either face to face or via Skype.

These hour and a half sessions follow the 8 week MBSR format and include an optional Retreat Day.

Retreat Days

An all day retreat forms part of the 8 week course and runs from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.

Graduates of Mindful Stream MBSR or other 8 week Mindfulness programmes (MBP's) are welcome to join these days (subject to space) at various beautiful venues around the West Midlands and North Worcestershire.

Monthly Staying Mindful Group

Usually held during the first week in each month. The venue and times will vary.

These sessions usually last one and a half hours and are for those who have participated in an 8 week Mindfulness course either with Mindful Stream or elsewhere.
