For the forseeable future, during the pandemic, Mindful Stream courses are being held online via Zoom. Please get n touch if you'd like to know more. Currently bookings are being taken for the Finding Peace in a Frantic World Course

One to One
Not everyone can manage a weekly course if family or work commitments get in the way.
One-to-one sessions are now available in a more flexible format, either face to face or via Skype.
These hour and a half sessions follow the 8 week MBSR format and include an optional Retreat Day.

Retreat Days
An all day retreat forms part of the 8 week course and runs from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.
Graduates of Mindful Stream MBSR or other 8 week Mindfulness programmes (MBP's) are welcome to join these days (subject to space) at various beautiful venues around the West Midlands and North Worcestershire.

Usually held during the first week in each month. The venue and times will vary.
These sessions usually last one and a half hours and are for those who have participated in an 8 week Mindfulness course either with Mindful Stream or elsewhere.
