At last - in person Mindfulness courses for 2021!

As the country moves out of lockdown, hopefully on the 21st June 2021, we can look forward to meeting face to face as a group to discover the benefits of Mindfulness through evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programmes.

The Covid pandemic has taken its toll on mental and physical wellbeing in so many ways. Now, as restrictions begin to ease, we can look to the future and the opportunity to renew and engage more mindfully in our lives, learning new skills to manage stress and other difficulties as we begin to navigate this new post Covid world.

Details have yet to be finalised, and will depend on the current restrictions being lifted as planned. With luck, I shall be running an eight week evening course at Bodenham Arboretum starting towards the end of June.
