Introduction to Mindfulness Session
Would you like to find out more about what training in Mindfulness involves?
If so then please join me for an Introduction to Mindfulness.
The next one is being held on Zoom on
Tuesday 23rd March at 2 to 3 pm GMT
This is an opportunity to experience a couple of short meditations, find out what Mindfulness is - and isn't - ask questions and take away some
simple mindfulness tools to use now.
There will be some signposting to resources such as books and apps and also, if you're ready and interested, information about new courses coming along with Mindful Stream.
