The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn way back in the late 70's. Since then many thousands of research studies have demonstrated it's effectiveness in helping people manage physical and psychological problems.

But you don't have to be suffering in this way to benefit from Mindfulness Training. It can enable you to experience improved wellbeing, more satisfactory relationships, as well as better resilience when faced with life's ups and downs whenever they come along - as we all know they will!
