8 week one to one course on Zoom?

  • Eight sessions of one and a half hours
  • A Day of Practice, either in person or online.
  • Extensive weekly course material delivered by email
  • Recorded meditation practice downloads
  • Email or phone support between sessions if needed
Further Benefits

  • Ongoing Staying Mindful sessions are open to graduates of the course.
  • Should you wish to train to teach Mindfulness Based programmes such as MBCT or MBSR  with any of the leading Teacher Training Organisations, or to train to teach with the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP .b and Paws b) these courses may satisfy the prerequisite of attending an 8 week MB programme. Please discuss this with Carole before signing up.
  • The invitation to join future Mindful Stream Retreat Days in person or online.
  • Having taken an eight week course is will meet a pre-requisite to joining many residential retreat centres throughout the country.
