Free Introduction to Mindfulness - Taster Session
If you'd like to know what mindfulness is all about, then please join me for an hour long session on
Thursday 18th February at 7 to 8 pm GMT
You will have a chance to engage in a couple of short meditations, learn what mindfulness is - and isn't - and take away some tools to use now.
If you'd like to sign up for a course that would be great, but I'll also point you towards some good resources, such as apps and books for you to explore mindfulness yourself.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and simply find out how it might be of benefit to you.
