What do I need to bring?

Wrap up warm. Whilst every endeavour is made to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, heating systems being as they are, it is advisable to wear layers of clothing that can be adjusted.


Yoga Mat. If you are able and willing, some of the practises will be on a mat on the floor. If you haven’t got one, you will need to beg, steal or borrow a yoga mat for the duration of the course.


Bring a warm blanket and cushion (a cushion from your sofa is fine)


A water bottle. There will be a comfort break part way through the sessions (and you can leave the room to use the facilities at any time during the session if needed). However, there is a lot of material to cover so we don’t have time for tea breaks.
