What happens after the course finishes?
Following a course, participants will usually wish to continue to make the most of the tools they have learnt over the eight weeks. This can be challenging when trying to do so alone.
There are fortnightly Staying Mindful sessions, currently on Zoom, as well as regular Mindful Walking sessions at Bodenham Arboretum in Wolverley.
Many organisations offer online meditation sessions and in-person or online retreats for those who have already participated in a course. Your teacher will be able to point you in their direction.
