Mindfulness courses are offered one-to-one or in groups. These can be either face-to-face or online.
One to One courses
I offer the gold-standard Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) courses, each consisting of eight 1.5-hour sessions plus an All Day Retreat.
One-to-one courses provide flexibility, fitting around busy schedules, shifts, or other commitments. You can also take the course with a friend or partner to support each other in integrating mindfulness.
Courses are available in-person in Kinver, South Staffordshire, online globally, or a combination of both if local.

The dates are as follows:
Saturday mornings from 9.30 to 12 noon on September 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, and October 4th,11th, 25th and November 1st.
Saturday 18th October is an All Day Retreat from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
The cost of the programme is £220 and includes telephone or email support between sessions if needed, audio meditation recordings and comprehensive printed course material. I strongly believe that no-one should be prohibited from taking a mindfulness course due to lack of financial resources. Please contact me if the cost is a problem.

Mindfulness Mentoring
You may have already completed an eight-week course, with me or elsewhere, or started your mindfulness journey in other ways.
Sometimes, it's helpful to check in with an experienced teacher to discuss your progress.

Staying Mindful sessions
These online sessions take place on the first and third Tuesday in each month from 7.15pm to 8.30pm.
They are open to anyone who has taken an eight week mindfulness course, either with me or elsewhere, or who has an established mindfulness practice. Offered on a donation basis. Details and links in the Newsletter.
Mindful Walking sessions
These seasonal sessions usually take place in local woodlands and Arboretum and are open to all. There is no charge apart from Arboretum admission charges. See the newsletter for upcoming events.
